🧭 Simple User Guide

1. Purchase and activate your account ✨

Create an account using the email address you will use at checkout, then purchase the app. After payment is confirmed, open the Postmark email and enter its Access Code on the login page. This one-time activation is required before password login or any paid app feature is available.

2. Start with a case study 📚

Open Case Studies, filter by industry or severity, review the example, and click Save As Project to make your own editable copy.

3. Create a project from scratch ➕

Use New Project to enter the component, materials, coatings, environment, service-life target, and concerns. The app automatically scores risk and creates recommendations.

4. Attach evidence 📎

Upload drawings, test plans, coating certificates, photos, supplier documents, and inspection files. Add owner, active date, and expiration date.

5. Use the risk score 🛡️

Low means normal controls may be enough. Moderate means review the design. High means validation and supplier controls are important. Critical means stop and perform a formal engineering review before release.

6. Deployment path ☁️

Run locally on localhost:9148 for Cloudflare Tunnel use. For production sale, configure Stripe checkout, Vercel hosting, Postmark email delivery, and Neon Postgres using the variables in .env.example.
